Why wasn't the first tranche paid immediately instead of relying on the chairman to inject $450 000, which was also, urgently needed? And why does a large liquid fund who are convinced by the tech need to stagger their entry anyway? Are they mitigating their risk? What's the risk?
This isn't trolling, staggered raises have a chequered history and despite the companies claims, its price performance didn't reflect massive private equity interest behind the scenes, so how do you enthusiastically take things on face value? I'm just voicing the markets head scratch over this as demonstrated in the post news performance.
