I agree this is the way to operate in a place like Myanmar - a country that's only just getting exposed to foreign (other than Chinese) investment.
I'll speculate that they got a message from the Government that the 80% foreign ownership structure wasn't going to cut the mustard, so they've been on the hunt for some big local investors. Funds arrive tomorrow and I plan to buy more.
