I’m very surprised by the lack of price movement up or down. Yes the placement will double shares on issue which may be scaring buyers off but totally expected imo. They always had to raise the option exercise fee. Once exercised the question becomes what value is 51% of Baldwin worth? I think a hell of a lot more than the market cap post raising will be.
