not sure what to make out of the buyback, maybe that was the prologue
as they haven't completed the quota, they may also use some funds to finance other projects and are holding back.
Interesting to notice that those of the management that have sold shares have done it at the peak price of
47c and right at the end of the buyback. gotta be some perks for working in ( side) a company.

with our market seem to be going down I will wait before re-entering.
