Ehh, I'm not sure how you can read something that proves you're wrong and take it that you're right.
The company has to declare if it is price sensitive or not when lodging their announcement with the ASX. Read the opening line again.
Yes the ASX review it, but the ASX review everything before its released - down to every single line of the actual announcement. By your logic it is the ASX who are writing the announcement not the company.
