Thanks for this, this is really informative for new investor here.
There may be value for non-existing holder like myself as the current premium in share price + the net cash for distribution is higher than the $0.019 spread between current SP and cash return. Maybe I have double counted here again as cash will be used up for the initial distribution. More DD required.
