"I could have quite easily used a true width of 5m instead of 8m and selected a different height or a quadrilateral box instead of an ellipsoid" , given the Twilight dike looks to be a narrow form of rectangular box, I personally can conceptualise a quadrilateral shape a lot easier than am ellipsoid given the twilight
I think we need to be careful when looking at drill collars from a birds eye photo . Most of the drilling here is at a South East angle from surface (Azimuth 120) the drill dip from vertical is 30 degrees (shown as Dip -60) therefore the intercept depth is twice the distance the drill bit has travelled in North West direction from its collar (coordinate point of drilling at surface ) if taking a birds eye view given Cos 30 degrees is equal to o.5
Ie drill collars for drill holes 84 83 and 82 shown on the first photo are all shown in an 80 meter long line running South East but all hit the lode vertically above each other so indicating a dike (vertical lode structure )

I would suspect the drilling further North also would show the same with hitting different vertical dikes rather than wide areas of mineralisation as what would be first assumed at by looking at the collars with drill results next to them

I am not a geo so welcome to be corrected , but have been looking at these sort of maps for many years
