I think the problem is that the deepth starts to become the issue. Sure 2gm per ton can be a mine, if in large spread and open cast works.
But a down vein at over 250m probably means shafts, and this starts to get expensive. It needs good grades to justify. Currently I'm not sure the grades would support this.
Don't get me wrong, I think MGV are worthy of a punt. But the grades need to be better than current at 250m and below. OR, the width needs to be expanded greatly to allow consideration of other options.
Large tracts of the area will contain gold, maybe commercial and many not. Such is the ride for explorers. We all know the risk rewards.
