So you are saying that when Saputo has taken all the milk it needs from MG and drops it prices MG (who by the way has just made about $90m from selling to Saputo) or Fonterra or whoever else would not be able to get the milk back by offerinf more than Saputo? Yeh right! Winning an empire is useless if you can't hold it.

"Kirin are purely interested in there cheese packing" - exaclty and 10% stake doesn't give them any power in that regard now Sauputo has close to 80% (and will proabably end up close to 90%) so why not sell & take their profit?
