Without looking into it too much, Woolworth's is facing an uphill battle. High chance margins still going to be squeezed more or at least stay stagnant, market share has very little chance of substantial growth with the globalisation the world is experiencing. Gambling is coming under more and more scrutiny. Maybe their best hope is to sell off some assets and focus entirely on one or two businesses to create some value. At best this is a long term hold, at worst things could get very bad.
All in my opinion.
