how exactly is it gone across the Tasman Sea? I'm confused by this assertion.
Money is going from one Aussie co-op to another Aussie co-op as far as I can tell... I expect BGA won the tender against MGC and other potentials if any on basis of how free market works.
I also note BGA was a lot fairer on its suppliers re farm-gate pricing (than MGC).
Looks to me like a good deal for those farmers supplying WOW and BGA both.
