So far the company has chosen lithium batteries as the preferred energy storage technology. While that has been okay for the size of projects so far, they might need to consider other options for jumbo sized projects.
By the time the Mungari Project is ready to be built, CCE's vanadium flow battery alliance might be ready to produce.
Alternately, CCE should be investigating other storage options.
