Have you read say past 6 Quarterly Reports and you will see that gold production in Peru has been low and in some instances they didn't even reach expected gold production targets....
Now if you go way back in announcements you will see Co advised that they needed way back then about $30-35 mill to get Peru up and fully running. That figure today will most likely be around the $40 million mark.
