    Yes it's a bit of a mystery.

Looking closely at Fig 3 zoomed up, MPJ have placed this latest hole 0023 at the centre of (Red Hot Conductor)RHC-01 and aligned with the conductor's indicated azimuth of 57 deg in order to give themselves the best chance.

Hole 0023 (EOH 395m) is collared only 120m away from Hole RHDD0004 (depth EOH 256m) which had a 60deg dip and 90deg azimuth, so these holes sort of converge.

Also 0023 is only 140m from hole RHDD0005 (EOH 337m) which also provided DHEM data. As I have said before, the MLEM clearly did not pick up on the strong DHEM conductor indictaed in holes 4,5. A bit odd perhaps.

MPJ say they are "highly encouraged".
However because the conductor remains unexplained, no doubt they are "highly frustrated" too.

I cannot assess the geology side of it and how prospective it is here for a worthwhile discovery.

Anyway it is very early days and this is only the first hole of many nail-biters.

DHEM data from it may allow a clearer picture of this elusive phantom conductor... I just hope if they do try and find it again, that it is actually worth the effort.

Lots more fun to come... with constant MPJ management reporting, which is good. Only takes one big one...

From previous posts I have heard that in practice it is difficult to get to talk to MPJ tech staff but it would certainly help to get a better handle on things with words so I hope someone is going to the AGM.

Anyway indicated results from RHDD0024 should appear by Friday, even if only a short visual summary of the presumed disseminated Ni$ intercepts.

I still wonder what happened to the nearby Great Southern Anomaly. (FLEM) .. it has gone right out of fashion apparently. They must reckon it is sulphidic shale .... oh well.

It is a drilling Campaign with lots more excitement, not just one first hole! To assume it is representative of what is to come would be totally wrong. Something is there, and this drill did not go through it, that's all. Does not change the fact that it is still there.
