Yes you are totally correct, small mining activities were continuing until not so long ago.
I was also under the impression (from reading ANN and Prospectuses) that one of the main things going for this project was the quick return to production to be able to pay for the regional exploration, and subsequent drilling. In the latest Annual report Mr Dix mentions that in the 16-17 reporting period the project will rapidly move forward, but if that includes production is anybody's guess.
Good ANN are still being sold into and IMO are intentional to keep the price down. You would think a healthy SP would be something a company would like for future capital raisings?
