According to the general schedule announced by MPJ, the first hole should have been completed by now. ORTL9... around 1,2,3.

This allows for about seven days per hole, with this one perhaps being done fairly quickly unless they decided to extend the hole and take some diamond core past EOH. The DHEM I suggest would be done as a matter of urgency, and interpreted similarly.

It is being drilled to go down and look around and then if something exciting shows up that defines the basal contact deposit, they would/should immediately return there from 4,5,6 (keeping in mind
Roe114 being nearology at 1,2,3) and hit it hard IMO ... no messing around.

ORTL9 is fine, but the next hole near 4,5,6 is critical in my view. There is so much data in this area, including more recent DHEM and reinterpretation. It will bear watching closely. No more disseminated or blebby nickel sulphides and "significant intercepts" please.
Noteworthy is the fact that their target depth is 260m, (for reasons stated in the drill announcement). So an optimist may say not only do they know why it is there geologically, and where it is but they know the precise depth it is at!! wow.

It is only one hole, unfortunately, but a lot of Bigger Investor eyes will be on it to turn out a real result. One is almost tempted to say that if they cannot find it at this spot with lots of data and the best scientists in the business, what hope have they got.. but I won't say that.

Then over to the completely new ground at the west Talc area for a wild shot at it. Wild yes.. but a highly educated shot too. True there is sulphidic shale and iron around but wouldn't it be a joke if this one got it in one??? stranger things have happened.

Anyway on a very positive note for Talc, here is a quote from the Annual Report... page 14.

"Of particular interest has been the identification of specific textures in the ultramafic rocks traversed by several historical holes at Talc Lake which are known to occur proximal to depositional sites for massive nickel sulphides at other known nickel sulphide deposits, e.g. Silver Swan "

They are getting closer and closer all the the time... lots of signs.. but their effort, unlike many other companies is being spread over a number of top possibilities along 40km. So only a couple of holes at Talc, excluding ORTL9. Makes it much harder... so how good are these guys at picking it??? we shall see... but their track record has been impressive.. so.. High risk, and high reward too.

Good luck, and for The Cup too... Maybe afford to BUY a horse for the Cup next year if ... well... dreams.
