You can sell $1 worth if you like, even though brokerage would be $20.
You can only buy $500 min trade excluding brokerage.
4 or 5 yrs ago seg did an unmarketable parcel just like clenaway has recently done,

They cannot force you to sell if you fill out retention form.
As far as i know seg has not announced an unmarketable parcel recently.
