Hi Barneydebear,
You are getting confused as to the role of Exploration Companies & Mining Companies.
SEG is an Exploration Company whose role is to find and prove up a mineral deposit.
Then to either onsell to or Joint Venture with a major Mining Company.
Just look at the example of Sirius a couple of years ago (went from 5 cents to 5 dollars in a few months).
They sold out & then continue to search for the next deposit.
Lets hope that SEG can follow their example.
Whichever way you look at it any bonanza find requires a combination of good exploration practices & luck.
