The Board are all busy with their full time jobs with other companies, not even sure who's running the show.

Justin Tremain (Non-Exec Chair) is likely very busy as the Managing Director of Novo Litio ASX:NLI https://www.novolitio.com/about-us/team-3 not sure what he contributes to BMT if anything.

Neil Inwood (Managing Director) is likely very busy as Director and Principal of Sigma Resources Consulting as its only employee https://www.linkedin.com/company/sigma-resources-consullting/ not sure how many hours he contributes, by the look of the announcements and action on the ground, very little I guess.

Ben Cairns doesn't know if he is General Manager of Geology or Company CEO depending on which website you look at !!

No doubt one of these websites will be modified shortly after this post. As the CEO of Berkut Ben must be working very hard for the company overseeing the significant amount of resource development activity. Not.

As our projects require an increased level of involvement the Board will look to appoint additional management and/or consultants when and where appropriate to ensure proper management.

So Aaron, BMT is fully resourced with the human capital it requires? No changes needed? Brilliant !

I don't have any problems Directors or even management holding other commercial positions, however I do mind when they appear to be doing so little with BMT !!

I guess someone, one-day with a bit of influence will eventually view this board at lightweight and start applying pressure to secure a full time team, even if there were only two full time Director/s or management that would be a significant improvement.

Unlikely, but maybe the BOD might even hand the keys over to an effective team one day, hopefully while there are still dollars in the bank so a real management team can ramp up exploration and drilling in a meaningful way !!
