(IMO) I don't see a consolidation anytime soon. They still have shares left to issue. I know for a fact they will want to get the SP to start moving north very quickly though. I think it will probs be another year or so before consolidation comes into play for ICG as the higher the SP goes the less shares they will need to issue to shareholders and they will have remaining on the side.
