Well MM, I don't know about a breakout.
I do not want to be a party pooper here, as nobody is more desperate for Inca to succeed that your's truly, but, ICG has been trading in that .05 to.07 range since I was a young fella, and that is a bloody long while ago believe me.
Just remember that 30 million shares were also sold in order for that same 30 million to be bought.
The fact that it appears that somebody was keen to buy does not mean that success is "imminent". Sorry to use that word.
I think you will find that maybe a holder in the Top Twenty may have increased their share as hinted by Ross.
I personally hope it is RCF if that is the case.
