Giralia are actually targeting 6mta through Port Hedland from around 2011, 2mta from each of Mt Webber, McPhee Creek and Anthiby Well.
I don't know a great deal about who has what access rights at Port Hedland, but I understand that there are some magnetite hopefuls with port rights that might lapse or be taken from them if financing of their projects doesn't get finalised. There in may lay the opportunity.
