Don't think it's a double top. There was no real uptrend for the last "top". Maybe not for this one either. More just spikes.
Looks like resistance though. It's gone up 90% (at current SP) in less than a week. There was a fair bit of accumulation at 1.1c if I recall. Just those people getting out for 100% profit. Just give it time
