Lazarus I interpreted that rightly or wrongly as being a typographical error as to me it looked they were accidentally missing the word Managing in front of Director, I may well be incorrect but that's how I interpreted it.
Nowhere does it say that he won't be participating in the company's Fraser Range operations anymore but it would be easier enough to confirm one way or another by just contacting him.
