I agree. I think it is a 3 year MINIMUM plan for mrd, if all goes well and we're not skinned and turned into canoes by the locals. Hopefully we will be snapped up by a big fish after we do all the ground work and If we're successful buy us at a premium $$$. But damn 3 plus years is a long time to tie up your money on a punt. Probably why all the selling today.
