could be argued that Mt Romance would have:
1. been a company killer for SPX in a short space of time, but
2. kept the company listed, and
3. helped SPX and KRC raise money at a price which may not have been achievable without the JV arrangement.
Not sure if shareholders have been mislead or not.
I expect both SPX and KRC to fall out of bed soon.
