From memory Cerro have already made it pretty clear that they feel the big money is in fully developing their silver and gold assets.
I think they have already decided to sell on the Mt Philp Haematite assets and concentrate on initially developing the Namiquipa silver project in Chihuahua, Mexico.
This is proving up such high grades of silver and bonus gold deposits that it would be pointless diverting any resources from bring this into production as soon as possible.
Remember that in the district between 1700 and 2004, estimated historic production is around 1.14 billion silver ounces and 6.5 million gold ounces and this was recovering it vitually with a bucket and spade!
With proven modern methodology Cerro will be much more effective.
