Is this company ever going to learn how to stand on its own feet ??? Are they ever going to sell some gold in hope that one day they may make a profit ? Or are they forever going to come a running with cap in hand to investors begging for more funds ?

Personally, I think directors should not receive any fees until there is significant cash coming into the company from sales proceeds.
