Now that they have determined that Mt Forrest is a 'site', the matter can be dealt with at the monthly ACMC meeting. The submission cutoff for the September meeting is 17 July, or 21 August for the October meeting. Not sure if Mindax would be able to make the 17 July cutoff. So far, the matter hasnt actually made it to a monthly meeting because they didnt know if it was classified as a site, so they couldnt make any decision on it.
