Legacy stacks up well in this regard with Indian miner NMDC holding 70% + of stock the sp can rise sharply on the movement of the remaining stock trading hands and 60% of any future ni discovery will go to Legacy holders with 40% going to HAW holders if anything significant is found on the j/v tenements.
Legacy holders stand to make a ten banger if the sp were to go to a miserly 5c figure but this is speculation of course!
