I've been holding for nearly 5 years and was sucked in by all the BS so if there is a register going to look into class action, I'd be delighted to contribute and participate. The handful of times I have reached out to management asking questions I am yet to receive a response to any request. Sharon is the one that ought to be on the hook for this one. It was obvious that her departure was unusual and wreaked of being found with her hands in the til. Getting some money back would be great but I think the best result here would shining enough light on this so as to be the catalyst for a change in legislation. There needs to be some serious accountability on management for the messages being fed to the market. I'm pretty damn sure that Sharon didn't lose her investment and was even afforded a nice little handshake on the way out, rewarded for taking our hard earned and paving the way for NMDC to extract even more. Their recklessness should be considered criminal.
