@KLal No satisfaction in being right on this occasion , when many lost their money investing on what was put out in company announcement's.

Any class action, no matter what solicitor you contact will not take the case on. The numbers no longer add up for it to be viable.

My guess is you will see NMDC increase their holdings to 90% eventually and then delist LCY from the stock market .

Lesson you learn , at this end of the market, all the hype means very little when no one is looking after the shareholder or holding companies accountable for what is put out in announcements. IMO

Follow through with contacting ASIC with announcements and hopefully they will hold someone accountable for the announcement on the $200 million LOC and any other ones. Don't give up. You may not get your money back but you and others can send a strong message that shareholders have a voice and maybe save someone else from what you have encountered.
