HC experts - MB have formally replied, suggesting as many (specially @more4less) have suggested here.
The class action magic number for them is $30 million which doesn't add up for LCY.
They have strongly suggested an ASIC complaint and also another law firm might take up class action, with firms lower class action benchmark.
Another dilution coming in next few months, as approved in AGM.
Looks like @more4less crystal ball is real. Hats off to you mate.
