Hi speedy the current owner still mines some rock from the quarry for road base etc . Not really sure on that ,
What I am sure on is his age, he wants to retire ,he is a local up their well known and in his twilet years .
Our previous CEO and him fell out over issues .
At the moment he potters around just doing what he is able.
Money is not a big issue for him , selling it ,so it can be mined is his wish, he must have a good relationship with RK or other wise he would have not given an open time limit.
He had received plenty of offers from others but has done the deal with SEI.
Maybe the reason TGN purchased VMLs tenement I pretty sure this would have been a good buy for them .as it stands we are first in line with no time limit that I’m aware of.
