I can understand why the Company May be taking longer,I think they are trying to broker the best possible deal,
It can be hard if you have Multiple players vying for a position. Also hard if your not wanting to go through a bank and pay upwards of 15% .
The other thing is the Company is Reluctant to Dilute to achieve this.
I have a question for all loyal holders who want to secure their investment.
1) would you be prepared to participate in a SPP ,if it was to bring this into Production.
After all the only Dilution then would be within the current share holder base.
If not supportive of a SPP or Placement ,then it’s reasonable to allow them what ever time they need to achieve a funding package that enables us to go into production.
Personally if they ask me to contribute to funding instead of financing I would if it was to ensure we went into production.

I would hope they issue suffering shareholders bonus options exercised at. 03c and a few years till they run out.

This has been pushed down for months, I get the feeling they are close to the agreed price now.. ..
