Good Summary Scott , maybe Russell was not even in the Country Last week or the week before ,and this is why we never received any confirmation on a Signing of any deal.
He is due back Next week so just maybe news will follow??
Also worst case scenario ...they come to Share Holders to raise funds to commence mining ..
Whilst this will dilute our holdings at least it will be us holding the extra dilution and owning the operation.
Even at 0.017 and adding 300 million shares would give us 5.1 million , and leave us still under 1 bl shares on issue 850 ml ,
We do have plenty of options here .
I think they are trying to get a deal that includes pre payment of ore with a draw down facility.
Time will tell .
