Good summary Rusty, also the time delay may have a few factors we have not considered, one could be the FIRB if an off shore broker or financer is involved we will need approval from FIRB also we may be waiting on state Gov approvals or a revised EIS a number of factors may be delaying the actual Signing , everything else may be done . Patience should be exercised at thei point ,I can not see a need to panic sell, unless people need the money more..
