They should have stipulated a new date or time ,who knows it still maybe today or Monday, people willing to sell their stock today based on this news should not be in the Stock market ,I can see nothing negative other then the worst case it may take a bit longer,so Im happy to keep buying stock at a discount.
Was not to long ago a Director bought stock off market for 2.5 cents 0.4 cents above the Market Price ,that to me is a positive.
Last time I spoke with the Companies Consultants they were very positive ,and did say they were very hopeful the deal would be done by months end.
People are to quick to find negatives and forget about all the positives going on here. GLTA
I’m sure it won’t be to much longer,and Rusty good Idea ,maybe they can qualify a date or time .

Those who say that there’s nothing wrong with today’s announcement and the fact that they’ve missed the deadline AGAIN, clearly haven’t been shareholders long enough to know that these delays and failures to meet deadlines have been happening for many many years now. Sad to see that nothing has changed...
