You could be right in what you say. After all NMDC is shown to be, all gob and no pants. It has all been reduced to micro dollars for our JV partner. But then again we, and myself included, are only bottom feeders and are not privy to all that is happening behind the scene.
It does make you wonder thou, as one of the posters on the LCY thread pointed out, that the top twenty in LCY are holding, and in some cases increasing their holding. At the end of the day the Mount Bevan resource is huge, and to us bottom feeders it seems like our respective company's are overwhelmed by it all. HAW and LCY are like two dog's that have chased and caught a car, and all they can do is maul the tyres and lick the paint work.
