Its one dis functional JV if they haven't both agreed to fund this latest program. Hawthorn should just sell their stake if they aren't interested in contributing or have their stake reduced if Legacy are going to fund the exploration. On the other hand, with io prices so low why aren't they mothballing the project until prices recover which could be some time off.
