Im call you a cock optimist Mal , hahaha , this is just more smoke and mirrors , they need to wait until the RI is completed before hiring the drilling rig , what will LCY management do with $12mil that they could not do with $23 mil ???? imo half of nothing is nothing , NMDC is playing its card to the Tee , Not sure why everybody so happy to be diluted by 1 billion new shares , giving them approx 80% owner ship , give them another 12 months once the 12 mil is gone and the remaining 20% will be gone for half that price what is it now , Just like mt bevans neighbor did , The Indian are not in any hurry and never are ,

I used to be part of the cheer squad until i saw the light of the waste and greed from this management after 3 years . The Indians do not do anybody any favors and DONT give anybody free rides and the Chinese are not too far behind
