I wonder if this was the plan all along. It appears NMDC are committed to Mt B and any mgmnt worth its salt would know retail investors would not support this RI yet they had to raise working capital. Got to hand it to the Indians though, they are canny with their money. Call me a cock eyed optimist but I still think this may work providing a good result eventuates. Have written off the RI though.
