Interesting - most mining people with the sort of experience MRV are looking for would be getting paid a heck of a lot more than the package they are offering ... and at the same time being asked to shoulder the relevant legal risks of the position as well as company development risk. Not really surprising that they are struggling to get anyone IMO.
