Lol.. yes youd think so.. its been there before on a good annoucnent about a year back so 10c should be a very easy target.. once they get a license it should smash 10c as all the pieces to the puzzle will be in play for production and sales ie: revenue!
Til then we have day traders keeping this thing down.. offer price is dropping every 20 mins at the moment!
