Further i mentioned that the delay in Licence might spook some holders which might also cause some to hold back - in SL this is normal though the unpredictable can be the norm. So there are agreements in my posts with nasa and yourself but on different points. Sounds confusing but when multiple points are raised, different posters will agree with some and disagree with others.
