Jocker , I don't understand your reasoning as per land holdings.
After all it is the yield, which is quite high.
There is an overhang at these levels, somebody is offloading a considerable amount of script.
As we get closer to production, imo the price will rise.
It's frustrating, but for now it's a slow mover.
