Don't know if you have been in business before ciccos - maybe you have a strong employee record - but reputation has weight. Perhaps if you look through this prism, the chances of the deal falling through are incredibly small.

I don't know if you are across the court system, but a served writ on a company is an incredibly strong move.

I'm not sure what you're trying to argue here? I stated that the deal has fallen through once before, and it can definitely happen again. Until the deal is 100% finalised, all bets are off. Pretty fair assessment I think.

Don't get me wrong, I think this is a company-making project (unlike their previous gold ventures). But there's a reason the SP is still at .005 and not 0.012. Market is proceeding with caution. Read into that all you like
