Think you will find when management have their reputations on the line, they would have made it very clear to the vendors that if the project was to sway again - perhaps some other reputations would be on the the line.

Don't know if you have been in business before ciccos - maybe you have a strong employee record - but reputation has weight. Perhaps if you look through this prism, the chances of the deal falling through are incredibly small.

I don't know if you are across the court system, but a served writ on a company is an incredibly strong move.
