'Terms for a new Sale Agreement has been reached in principle with a majority of shareholders and formal documents are in the process of being executed'
Won't get excited until this has 100% been finalised. This isn't a binding agreement and as such, isn't worth the paper it's written on. Sure the terms are better but what good is that if the deal falls through again?
