    I am surprised to see it only at 0.6c given it was trading at 1.2c for the same deal but on worse terms. Maybe people are a little wary and want to wait until it is signed in ink. Just presents a good buying opportunity at these levels if you believe management will get it done, after what happened last time I have no doubts they will make sure it is done properly this time.
